Adopting a screw compression design, it uses high-strength alloy steel screws combined with a precision-ground reference surface (flatness ≤ 0.005mm). It locks firmly to prevent displacement and ensures stable cutting. The 42CrMo tool shank undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, with a hardness of HRC45-50, featuring rust and wear resistance.
The tool tip runout is ≤ 0.01mm, and the machining roughness reaches Ra1.6μm, meeting IT8-IT10 grade precision. Tool change only requires an Allen wrench, no special fixtures needed, ensuring high efficiency.
Compatible with various indexable inserts such as cemented carbide (e.g., WNMG series). It is suitable for conventional/CNC lathes and supports rough and semi-finishing of materials like steel and cast iron.
Applicable to industries including machinery manufacturing and auto parts. It is used for machining outer circles of shaft parts, end faces of disk parts, etc. The cost is 30%-50% lower than that of welded tools.
