What are your primary export markets?
Currently, we have established cooperation with many regions, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North Africa, Central Asia, and South America.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept L/C at sight, T/T (30% deposit and 70% against the copy of BL), and Paypal.
How long does delivery usually take?
For factory brands, we can deliver goods within 15 days after order confirmation. For OEM brands, the delivery time is approximately 35 days after confirmation.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
OEM brands require a minimum of 500pcs, while factory brand requirements range from 200-300pcs depending on the specific model.
Can I request samples for testing?
Yes, we can provide one or two free samples with freight collected. If an order is placed subsequently, we will return the sample shipping costs within the order.
What is the warranty policy for this product?
We provide a 12-month guarantee and include 2% free-of-charge easy-to-damage spare parts with the shipment.
